Just a couple more days left in 2012 and I have been snacking on the Christmas candy like its my job. Its amazing how many ways you can justify to yourself eating a boat load of food when you follow it by "Only a couple more days and then I will never eat like this again" and "there are starving children in Africa, I can not let this Chocolate covered peanut butter tree go to waste". Its really sad but I am almost there, my runs have been on track and I am starting to get into the mindset of a healthier me. I am actually starting to get really excited about it.
I have all of the required equipment for P90X2 all lined up nice and neat and have my new Zumba Wii video game out and wiimote all charged. Other than being lazy I am about to have no excuse for not burning some calories.
Last night was a bar tour for my little sisters 21st Birthday. It was a blast but I must confess between the 10 Blue Moon's and then two full meals I consumed I woke up this morning feeling disgusting. I think it is awesome to be able to do things like that but I am so glad that I do not do that a lot. One of the hard things I am going to ahve to work on this year is going to be drinking My boyfriend loves to drink and so do all of our friends. I can have 2 beers and put on a lb, Jared on the other hand can drink a case and be right as rain the next day. Being a guy is so much easier :(
Ok, done with whats on my mind. Off to get ready for a Lucero and Drive By Truckers Show :)

New years resolution 2012
Ok, it's been too many years of my saying "this year" but really this year is the year!
Starting January 1,2012 I will begin the new P90X 2 as well as being in my 9th week or half marathon training. This year is going to be my year. For my birthday we are going on the Kid Rock cruise and I will be one of the hot blonds confident in their body rocking on the boat! Also, Jared and I are in several weddings this year and I do not want to look back at their wedding photos in horror.
So there are my reasons and my motivation. I want to finally achieve the body that I set out for 5 years ago. I worked so hard to lose those 70lbs after college and now have put 20 of them back on. Time to get back on the band wagon and get the body I want.
Hopefully, this blod will help me stay accountable and track my progress. Here we go!
